How we protect your data

• Sign-in uses email and password only. No third-party social logins are enabled.
• Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider — they are never stored or visible to us in plain text.
• You can reset your password from the sign-in screen at any time.
• Sessions are stored in your browser and end when you sign out.

Inpowered® Results uses row-level security on every user-owned table. That means each signed-in user can only read and write their own targets, weekly entries, and profile. Administrators of the platform can view aggregated participant data to provide coaching support; this is disclosed up front to every participant.

• Account info: your name and email address.
• Activity data you enter: the weekly numbers for reach-outs, pre-proposals, proposals, live meetings, landed work, and re-engagements, plus the annual, quarterly, and monthly targets you set.
• Optional notes: any free-text notes you choose to add to a week.

We do not collect payment information, health data, or location data. We do not sell or rent your data.

All traffic to and from the app is served over HTTPS. Data at rest is stored in our hosting provider's managed database with provider-level encryption. We do not advertise specific compliance certifications (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI) — if you require formal documentation, contact us using the address below.

The application is built and hosted on Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Transactional and authentication emails (password resets, invitations) are delivered through our hosting platform's email provider. We do not use any additional third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services in the signed-in app.

We use only the cookies and browser storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, and no cross-site tracking.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted, email us at the address below and we will remove it from production systems. Backups are rotated on the hosting provider's schedule.
